Jason Shine, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Jason Shine is the husband of Kendra, and the father of daughters Jude Hannah and Keziah. A native Washingtonian, Jason offers an insider perspective of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area real estate market. He takes a common sense approach to working with clients, and helps bring clarity and structure to otherwise complex real estate matters. Known for his ability to create win-win-win situations, Jason uses his influence for the good of every buyer, seller, investor and agent he works with.
In addition to helping clients buy, sell and invest in real estate, Jason has served independently as a mentor and coach for other top producing real estate agents since 2015. He has served as the official Productivity Coach for over 100 real estate agents at a national franchise brokerage (2016 - 2017); has been a speaker at the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors annual conference; holds a New Home Co-Broker designation; has nearly a decade of real estate sales experience; and has been involved in the successful sale of properties ranging from short sale to foreclosure, single family to multi-unit investment buildings.
Jason’s hobbies include time with family, reading, golf, movies, outdoor adventures and games. He enjoys traveling, but also appreciates spending time at local parks and D.C.’s national landmarks. Jason and his wife Kendra are also founders of M.O.R.E. in America, Inc. - a 501 (c)(3) organization that teaches leadership and entrepreneurial skills to high school students.
Kendra Whitaker, Lead Agent
Kendra Whitaker is a wife, mother and strong advocate for healthy families. Though a native Washingtonian, Kendra’s travels have allowed her to experience diverse cultures around the world. She brings a global perspective to her relationships with clients, and prides herself on assisting buyers, sellers and investors from many nations, backgrounds and ethnic groups.
In addition to being a skilled and dedicated real estate professional, Kendra is a former public school teacher and holds a degree in the Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing from the University of North Carolina - Greensboro. Kendra is also the former proprietor of Jana Events, LLC and utilizes her planning skills to organize special outings and events for family, friends and real estate clients.
Kendra enjoys spending time with family; creating natural health and body products; exploring the world and trying new things.

Karen has a background as a licensed Cosmetologist in two states, where she has faithfully serviced clients of all types. She is naturally compassionate and has extensive experience as a human resources professional. Karen is the mother of two; a licensed Notary; and a mentor to cosmetology students. She enjoys reading biographies, watching sports, and serving in her community.
